Many of our customers have been doing business with us for years.  It is important to us that we keep our loyal customers and attract new ones as we continue with our internet business as well as our local quilt studio.

Your products will be shipped within three to five business days.

Our  return policy is, contact us first, the item must be in the same condition as it was received.  Certain items may have a re-stocking fee.

When will my products arrive?

Your products will be shipped out within 3 business to five business days.  We make every effort to ship orders out as they arrive.

What method of payment?

We accept PayPal.

What do I do if my products do not come within a reasonable time frame?

Please contact us by phone 816-424-6938. We will check into the problem immediately.

How do you handle returns?

If you need to return a product, please call us before shipping.  The product must be in the same condition as when it arrived.  When you call, we will give you instructions on returning.  In some cases, there will be a re-stocking fee.  We can tell you if this applies to your purchase.
